What's new pussycat?

So, what's new pussycat?

Admit it, the song is on your head now too, right?

Well, it occurred to me I haven't been blogging as much as I used to.  I apologize.

Between feeling under the weather and the new job taking up a ton of my brain power, time is just escaping me lately.

So, what's been new with my cats?

TONS!

Let's break up this update into two halves.  The innies and the outies.

First up, the innies.

Sophie, Tucker, and Minnie are better than ever.  Loving life, loving each other, and making each day worth while!

Tucker and Minnie are now cuddle buddies:

Tucker is two years into his life in his forever home!

Tucker even recreated one of Jackson's famous poses:

Sophie remains the matriarch and every bit in charge!

Minnie has taken over for Jackson as the laundry inspector:

Next, the outies!

First and foremost, Minnie's brother Speck made a return appearance after nearly one year away!

It was hard to get a good picture of him since he was pretty skittish, so here's two through the screen door.

Frank and Felix remain regulars, and have learned to trust me, especially since they know where to get a good meal!

Some recent arrivals include Buddy, who is adorable!  He peeks in at us and meows when he wants food!

A very recent arrival is Charlie, who just started showing up a few weeks ago.  He's a bruiser, and is still very skittish, but loves food and is warming up to me very quickly.  I can even "sort of" pet him when he's eating.  Just don't take too long scooping his wet food into his bowl or he will hiss and gently smack your hand to hurry things along. He's my new "project" cat.

Last, but never least, Wallace, Minnie's sister, hit the jackpot!  Not only did all four of her kittens find forever homes, her foster mom ended up keeping her!

So there you have it.  Life with my ever growing family of cats.  It's never dull and always a labor of love!
